You can return a product if:

If the packaging has been opened and the product is not defective, unused, and has no visible scratches or marks, we will deduct a fee of 20% of the item price & shipping fees which can be of up to AED 150 while making the exchange / refund.

If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded via the original mode of payment once our team confirms your request. If you have paid using cash on delivery, a refund through bank account will be conducted.

Marjaylah’s Store  – LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every Return shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping from Marjaylah’s Store  – in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
